Your safety is our top priority. Wicked Woods is designed to be an intense, immersive haunted experience. By purchasing a ticket and entering the attraction, you agree to follow all rules listed below.

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK

Wicked Woods features:

Sudden scares
Loud noises
Darkness and low lighting
Fog and theatrical effects
Uneven outdoor terrain
Strobe lights and flashing effects
Tight pathways and wooded trails
Live actors who may startle you

Guests should be in good physical health and aware of these conditions before entering.

ABSOLUTELY NO TOUCHING

Our actors will NEVER intentionally touch you.

In return, you may NOT touch, hit, grab, push, kick, or otherwise make physical contact with our actors, staff, props, or sets.

Anyone who violates this rule will be removed immediately without a refund and may be subject to criminal charges if applicable.

NO RUNNING

Please walk at all times.

Running creates a safety hazard for you, your group, our actors, and other guests.

STAY ON THE TRAIL

Remain on designated pathways at all times.

Do not enter restricted areas, climb fences, or cross barriers.

NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS

Guests who appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs may be denied entry or removed from the attraction without a refund.

NO WEAPONS

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited, including:

Firearms
Knives
Pepper spray
Tasers
Any item deemed unsafe by management

HEALTH WARNING

This attraction is not recommended for guests with:

Heart conditions
Seizure disorders or sensitivity to flashing lights
Severe anxiety or panic disorders
Respiratory conditions affected by fog effects
Recent injuries or surgeries
Pregnancy

If you have concerns about participating, please use your best judgment before entering.

CHILDREN

Parental discretion is strongly advised.

Children under 16 should be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

If a child becomes too frightened, please notify the nearest staff member.

EMERGENCY EXIT

If you need to leave the attraction early, notify the nearest actor or staff member. They will safely escort you to an exit.

WEATHER

Wicked Woods is an outdoor attraction and operates in most weather conditions.

Please dress appropriately for Minnesota fall weather and wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.

In the event of severe weather, operations may be delayed or temporarily suspended for guest safety.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

The following behaviors will result in immediate removal without a refund:

Fighting
Harassing actors or guests
Damaging property
Intoxication
Refusing staff instructions
Line cutting
Disruptive behavior of any kind
